Its fine but I'd rather use olive oil. if your bulking the extra calories will do you good mate along with the healthy fats

Yep! And "GazS", i don't mean to be cheeky, but your 6'1 and 10 stone 2lbs....for your height you should be a lot more, seems well underweight to me. Stay away from that 1 cal bull****, you need to eat lol
