1 cal spray & fried eggs - 29 October 2009 17:14 ( #1 )
Hi guys was wondering what people think about frying a few egg whites (i get quite bored of eating boiled eggs all the time) in the 1 cal spray u can get rather than pouring oil in the pan, how healthy do you think it is as protein snack.

Yep! And "GazS", i don't mean to be cheeky, but your 6'1 and 10 stone 2lbs....for your height you should be a lot more, seems well underweight to me. Stay away from that 1 cal bull****, you need to eat lol

I generally have a 4-5 egg omlette with all egg whites apart from one full egg, helps bond it together. Can put chicken/cheese on top always nice. I use olive oil instead of the spray stuff.
