What would be/is on your Bucket List?
I'm interested to hear what people would like to achieve and do, obviously within the realms of probabilty...
 

Visit south america (see Christ the redeemer, the remains of the Inca civilisation, sale the amazon etc).
See the northern lights.
Write a book.
Get it published and sell more than 17 copies.
Build a house
Have children
Finish my PhD
Become self sufficient for food production (ambitious).

I'd like to climb Everest, but as you say in the realms of reality I know Im not good/experienced enough. But still I'd like to visit and see it and climb to one of the lower base camps and back down again knowing Im not likely to summit.

I'd like to write a book too, what would your book be about John? I've started writing pages for a Catch Wrestling instructional type (e)book with a little about the history of the sport in it too.
Liking the Inca trail too, there are many fascinating sites around the world I'd like to visit...

Stand before the the MPs in the Houses of Parliament and tell them what a bunch of childish and out of touch idiots they really are and then set out some basic things which would help 90% of the country.
Learn to play the saxophone properly
Ride the biggest rollercoasters in the world
Go Twister chasing
Stand at the North or South Pole
Submarine down to the Titanic
Dress up and be part of the Rio Carnival
See the Earth from space
Compete in the Paris Dakkar rally

Recreate the Sussidio scene from American Psycho. That's the only reason I lift.
 

^^^ Yes enjoy what you write about - its a hard enough slog to write and form in depth characters that are engaging, without really feeling who or what they are about.  If you can't laugh, cry or feel their pain with them during the writing process, then you haven't developed them enough. 
 
People always say write what you know - I tend to think you need to write something that is engaging, and researching an idea is part of the fun, which also opens avenues which further expand the world you are creating.  Of course if its science fiction, knock yourself out and make up whatever you want lol.

Go snowboaring in canada for at least two weeks
 
Go to Thailand and do over a month in thai camp
 
do parachute jump
 
do a marathon even tho i hate running
 
have kids
 
own a house
 
have a full sleeve
 
live long and healthy life
 
get below 10 % bf naturally while being over 13 stone

1. Go travelling and experience many of the various cultures around the world.
 
2. See a great white shark and hopefully try to catch one on rod and line.
 
3. Do some of the challenges I've seen on man v food.

2) Buy Ferrari (Possible)
3)Buy new Ducati Panagale (WILL HAPPEN this summer lol)
4) Hunt Big game in Africa
5) Fish in some exotic places 
6) Get another couple of Parrots
7) Give my folks money for their house to add two bedrooms
8) Travel a bit
9) Retire to desert Island
10) Persuade the missus that she loves it in the back trap lol

Run a Marathon. 
Go into space. 
14.5 stone with abs 
Ride the megavalanche. 
Ride the Fat Tyre Festival in Jamaica. 
Find a woman who loves sport, science, art and sex. (This may prove impossible ) 
 
I'm sure there are ten's of others, but these are a few of the top of my head.

2 Drive from one end of route 66 to the other in a classic american sports car
3 Eat a hotdog from a vendor while relaxing in Central Park
4 Do a workout at Golds Gym at muscle beach
5 Have a WWE tryout match
6 Attend a Wrestlemania live
7 Be able to speak spanish fluently
8 Have a holiday in Ibiza in style without havin to count the pennies
9 Learn how to mix and maybe a get a DJ gig
10 Have a meal at the Fat Duck.
 
All quite doable if I put a little time, effort and money in

I really want to hunt a buffalo as they are so dangerous that theres a real chance you will get killed if you dont drop it straight away. None of this hunting on a glorified farm nonsense either just me a guide and about a million acres of land in darkest africa away from everything. Ideally Mozambique Helicopter in then trek for a few weeks. 
 
But if I had the chance to shoot a problem lion or rogue elephant id be really up for doing that as well but not just killing one of them for the sake of it, least with the buffalo I would have a couple of tonnes of fresh steak lol. 
 
Im a big Hemmingway fan in fact he pretty much led the life I would choose if I could.

Discover or make something that will change the world in a non-trivial way.

Hmm - the, can you pitch your book in twenty words conundrum - errm no!!    I'll work on it though, really need to get that little sucker right, will think about it - bear with me ok.
