Great judo lesson today as very few people turned up!. Three instructors and only 6 people so was like a private lesson between the pairs. Was good as i was paired with my mate this week so i could go pretty hard on him and not feel bad :D unlike last week as i paired with a women, not being sexist but it doesnt feel right choking em lol. No throws, no sparring, just learning some great ground moves and counters.
No lifting so heres today diet:
Breaky - Whey/creatine shake. Big bowl of oats+stawberries+blue berries+seeds+flax seed.
Lunch 1 - Chicken tika beguete.
Lunch 2 - Pasta in pesto + chicken breast
Lunch 3 - Big bowl of oats+stawberries+blue berries+seeds+flax seed.
Lunch 4 - Pasta in pesto + chicken breast
Dinner - Two beef burgers + rice + slice of bread
Pre WO - Whey/creatine shake
JUDO!
Post WO - Whey shake
Dinner 2 - Beef burger
Bed snack - Some fruit
