£100 per month - what is best to buy ?
09 February 2012 20:39
( permalink)
If you only have £100 per month to spend, which supplements are the best to buy ??? I currently buy either 1 protein, 1 protein blend, protein bars, creatine and oats or 2 proteins, protein bars, oats, dextrose, omega 3/6/9, vitamins Any advice as to how best spend my money would be welcomed !! goals are always lean gains.....big + ripped ! Things like beta alanine, creatine, arganine, omega 3/6/9, oats, vitamins, test boosters........there are so many ways to tweak a monthly spend but which is the best combo to give value but also decent gains ? (obviously i understand a solid diet is required too !)

It totally depends on your diet, and how prepared you are to manage a lot of supplements. If you were just looking to keep it simple you could get 2 x all in one products as they typically have 30 servings, and take them twice a day. Then a good multi vitamin and omega 3 product and you have everything.

There's just no need to spend that ,much dosh on supplements mate.I've tried virtually every bodybuilding supplement over the years and the only ones it's honestly worth using are protein powders, creatine, glutamine maybe and a multi vit.Everything else,in my experience,is frankly a waste of money.I'm sure others will disagree though.

Valid point mate, it should be tailored to individual goals and of course your budget.

Spend the extra cash on some organic meat and that (not that I know you may be eating really well anyway)

Anabolics But apart from whey (maybe some caesin too), creatine and a preWO when needed. Comes in at a LOT less than £100 per month.
