CTS is Carpel Tunnel Syndrome. It is quite common early doors in growth use whereby there is pressure exerted in the wrist nerves. This leads to numbness/difficulty in gripping strongly/pins and needles etc especially upon waking. It usually subsides if not completely, at least to managable levels. There is a benefit to CTS, it suggests that your growth is legit

There is potential for growth to cause water retention also.
