your better off either cutting or bulking not trying to do both at once
i believe with a healthy active lifestyle and some good knowledge and aas/peps use etc that you can live a longer stronger better life. main interests: physique conditioning, bbj, muay thai.

So, the results wouldn't be worth it at-all then?

yeh they would but you are better having 1 goal then trying to get the best of both worlds imo loose fat = cal deficit lbm gain = cal suplus so how are you going to do both, you can lean bulk which it sounds like thats what you want, but imo dont expect to loose fat if your not cutting, you may loose some but its down to the person and how nailed your diet is, its alot easier to just do 1 or the other and not both, you may gain weight size and strength from aas while cutting but that doesnt mean its actual lbm so if you weant to grow then feed your body, if you want to loose fat then cut. for the majority all this i want to gain muscle and loos fat is bollox you will be disapointed with the results imo, you cant gain mass amounts of lbm and get ripped to deah at the same time

I was always made to believe that you can only do one or the other. And if you do someone get a blend of both, it will lean in favour of one or the other. So to save time n effort, it's best to cut or bulk.

You will probably look exactly the same as you did at the start of cycle. Which isn't really worth it. Make the most of the gear... Bulk or cut as above mate.
