16 stone with bit of a belly 08 March 2010 20:27 (permalink)
im 18 stone, 6 foot, with bit of a bellt with broad shoulders and wide arms with lower bit of my chest a bit soft and not very shaped. What can i do to tone up my chest and flatten up and tone my stomach?
what is the best way to burn fat and is there any supplements you can take to help you along the way?

Thanks, George.

    Burn fat?

Diet, Cardio. Then a bit more Diet and finish off with Cardio!!

These are the two things you need to lock down before you think of Supps (i.e. fat burners etc).
Tone up chest (spot toning) is something that I wouldn't recommend. If you really want too see results then work hard at the cardio, resistance and diet.

P.s. are you 16 stone or 18 stone mate?

Please post up your current daily diet, with rough portion sizes and timings.  Also are you doing any exercise at the moment?
