        Solid weight on the front squat, but looks like your leaning forward and not going deep enough. May be the angle though.

          Hey, thanks guys.

          Jim, I don't see any leaning. The high socks/low pants create a little illusion: if you pause it where I'm at the bottom you can see my real ass peaking at my knees, lol. But, yeah, it was just parallel. I tend to go deeper but I failed the first attempt so I thought I'd not go as deep to make the lift.

            Hi W. Good training. Lots of good lifts and varity. Plenty strong for your age and weight too.

            The pic above is that the deepest you went? If so it appears you are quite a bit above parrallel. A vid from the side would make it clearer.

            Your knees are also coming in, which means your not opening up the legs and your squating forward onto your knees. Plus the footwear looks like not helping causing you feet to turn in?

            Keep the vids coming. Nothing like a good journal with nice vids!

                Hey iaink, thanks for stopping by. I definitely appreciate and welcome any advice.

                I agree, the depth wasn't great, and the angle was a little funny: looks like I'm leaning forward on my toes or something. I'll remember to get any squat taken from the side next time.

                I actually wore oly lifting shoes with a very high heel for the first time during that session and did all the lifts prior to the one in the video with them, changed to the old sneakers after failing the first attempt@345 with the oly shoes (not 100% used to them yet).

                Not the prettiest lift, was a 1rm after all

                        ^ Jackson: woke up late and missed the 1st event, did a pressing event and then a squat event, my leg cramped and I was out. Didn't really care, had a nice workout :P

                        Update: I have a home gym now:
                        -awesome power cage with a chin up bar
                        -new oly barbell
                        -new bumper plates
                        -old bench
                        -old dumbbells

                        will obviously result in more barbell training and probably more frequent workouts.

                          I think my training will be something like this now,

                          Back day, Press day, Leg day (1 or 2 day rest between each) and will be centered around the powerlifts and oly lifts. The rest days will be cardio/boxing/bw-exercising or just rest. Once in a while I'll do some strongman training.

                          as for bodyweight plans, it's either bulk and cut for summer or just lean bulk and stretch the bw:lift ratios as much as possible.
