The plates are in pounds (live in USA). IIRC at some points in the journal I've typed kilos, there I use kg plates.

measured myself for fun today... rather lean atm tiny at only 28.5-29 inch legs at 24 inches chest 42 inches calves:16.5, arms just under 15(wow they've shrunk) forearms just under 13 Feb 14 Oly squats 2x3 @ 135lbs 2x3 @ 225lbs 5x1 @ 315lbs (... didn't feel too well) Hanging Leg Raises/Weighted Crunches 4 x 15 / 15 Feb 15-17 Hardcore Circuit training Feb 18 Incline Bench 3x10 @ 105lbs 3x10 @ 135lbs BTN Strict Press 2x8 @ 105lbs OH Press 3x10 @ 105lbs Shoulder complexes with 10lbs plate ...a lot

thinking about doing some NAStrongman events that are taking place nearby in May... would be men's open <200lbs. I'd have to bulk up. Feeling very healthy and conditioning is ace so lets try create a monster. 225kg deadlift at 80kg while I'm at it maybe Feb 19-25 Circuits/conditioning 1 weight day: did heavy shrugs and heavy abs and something, lol Feb 26 [stations (couple of pauses at each)]: Axle deadlift 25 @ 295lbs Front Squats 25 @ 185lbs Log C&P 1 motion 20 @ 135lbs Feb 28 Incline Bench (steepest setting, very wobbly bench=stabilizers) 1x5 @ 115lbs 1x5 @ 135lbs 5x5 @ 155lbs Incline Flyes (easy/stretching) 3x12 @ 30lbs DBs Tri Extensions 1x20 @ 45lbs bar 1x12,10,8 @ 65lbs Chin Ups 15, 12, 10

^Think I'll go with it. little training outline for next few sessions: -thursday: 150lbs log for max reps in 1 min, some tire flips -saturday: max deadlift?, light farmers walk March 1 Circuit training (everytime i post this it's typically an hour of intense cardio/bw exercises, core work, stretching, prehab stuff) March 2 Quick AM workout, will do some PM cardio Front Squats 2x3 @ 135lbs 2x3 @ 205lbs 2x3 @ 255lbs 1x3 @ 275lbs Pull Ups 3x10 @ BW

Ok, signed up for a strongman comp that's in 3 weeks, a 175lbs open class been lifting little for the past week.. some serious ongoing personal issues taking all my time March 11 .. weighed 171.5 with shoes/full stomach Axle Clean & Press 1x3 @ 135lbs 1x3 @ 155lbs 1x3 @ 175lbs 3x5 @ 180lbs (one of the events at the comp is to rep that weight out for 75sec, feel very confident with that one) 1x1 @ 220lbs (just a continental clean) Farmer's walk 1x80ft @ 225lbs per hand (one of the events, felt very easy, did a long hold at the end of it) Tire Flips Did reps for 75 sec with a 550bs tire: managed 15 easy without pushing myself too hard: bicep was feeling a little weird so I was extra careful

Feeling good. Eating more. Idealistically trying to gain about 5lbs without limiting my cardio at all in the next 3 weeks. Will start throwing discus next week. March 12 hour of HI cardio/stretching.. stuff March 13 Front Squats Worked up to two easy 315lbs singles Deadlifts Worked up to a very smooth 460lbs single Kettlebell Swings/Snatches 40lbs 3 x 8/8 Kettlebell Side Raises 80lbs 3 x 15

March 18 .... weighed a tiny 165lbs at the gym, I don't know what's up and I don't care because I'm getting stronger Farmer pick ups (handles at 11 or 12 inches) 3x3 @ 200lbs/hand (warm up of sorts) Axle C&P 1x5 @ 135lbs 1x5 @ 165lbs 1x5 @ 180lbs (easy, should get well over 10 reps in the competition) Farmer's walk/Keg Carry 1x70ft @ 225lbs per hand/230lbs keg Farmer pick ups (simulating neutral grip car deadlift) 1x3 @ 275lbs per hand, handles 11 or 12inch from ground .. felt very strong

Been busy.. deloading and prehabbing this week before the contest on Saturday. I'm 171 pounds right now, will be in the 175 and under class. feeling strong Last weekend Axle Clean each & Press 4x6-8 @ 82kg Farmer's Walk 3x60ft @ 240lbs/hand Tire Flips 2x4 @ "almost 800lbs" Some Box jumps like 4x10 onto 50 inch then some singles to a ~55 Rolling Thunder bunch of doubles per hand with 146lbs of plates plus the implement ~165lbs?
