I think one bottle is fine personally, best used on a high dosed 3 week cycle. Best to choose where the skin is thin and it will not be site specific (although if you rub in the upper body the chances are you will gain more size there but that is due to higher androgen receptor density there).

Cheers Pred. I may have a go. So I can just squirt 4/5 pumps into my hand and rub where the skin is thin in one place? ie over serratus, pecs, delts or arms/forearms? And thats it? Once a day? For 3 weeks or so? Cool! So I can get up, train, shower and scrub, apply and chill for 6 hours? Cool! Another thing, I take it Milk thistle isn't needed? What about the usual stuff like EFAs, sawP and RYR etc? I'd get another OTC PCT as I used 6-bromo with EPi. 2 weeks into PCT. No loss of libido, no gyno, no fat gain, no stress and no muscle loss! Cheers

Cheers I'd recommend one pump applied with your right hand to as much of your rear left side and tri/bi area as possible, then another pump for the chest and left rib area. Then repeat the process for the other side of your body. This way you get a more uniform application across a greater surface area of your body. You'll find 4 pumps requires rubbing in to be absorbed. If you are going on a 5 pump 3-week application as PredN suggests, you can simply add the 5th pump over the same area or over your lower back and rib area as I did. I would not not recommend adding 5 pumps to your hand then applying this much at once.

Just remember your body temperature will be increased and you may still perspire for some time after training/shower, making transmission of the compound more problematical. . I'd recommend training several hours after application, having also tried it as per your suggestion. I'd recommend a SERM. There are sides associable with this steroid. Libido loss being quite pronounced (worse than SD for me) and I found myself feeling more short-fused, where previous cycles of epi/SD had no such effects. So stand warned... Cheers

Cheers mate, All taken on board. Looks good! I have to train in the morning really. So could it be better to apply in the evening then rest for a few hours and into bed?
