It's a trans (cross) dermal (skin) cream. You rub it into your upper body much like a moisturiser. Didn't understand the second part of the q.

You will not need an estrogen blocker with 1-T Tren as it will dry you out anyway. Unless you have an excessive amount of estrogen, reducing it will not help with fat loss anyway.

You will need to conduct a full PCT after the cycle, either using OTC products (of which there are many available and I or others could advise on this) or a traditional SERMs protocol. I'd recommend running 1-T Tren for the full 6 weeks (2 bottles needed), as others (and myself) reported gains are best seen from week 3 onwards. It's a really nice compound and I think you'll have a great time using it should you take the plunge. Get in contact if you have any further questions regarding the compound, PCT, training, application etc.

scotty493 ha ,sorry broodingsea i just noticed the 1-t tren link on the bottom of your post....i also noticed you other post i take it you still have to pct after thisstuff too? scotty493 yes mate a week into PCT now. I'm doing just nolva and keeping it pretty simple with regard supps - creatine only. Agree with UKStrength, it is better to run for longer. I was slightly lucky in acquiring some further product as I only purchased one bottle. My experience with it? Enjoyable, yes, I liked it. I'm sure you could gain very well on this running 5 pumps per day over 6 weeks. This in my view would be a productive cycle. The only negative with this idea is the high relative cost. You'd be talking over a £100 for one cycle not including PCT support.

Depends on your routine/goals etc. At a stab, a GVT routine could suite your limited opportunity to get to the gym.

Ok... I think I may have to give this a go myself... Would you guys who have used it recommend for a newbie (in terms of PHs) to use ? Also... Frank, any chance you could post up a quick before and after measurements for the 1t tren? Cheers

1-T Tren is our strongest PH/DS ever created, so definitely approach the cycle with caution mate. From my own experience of it and feedback from others, it is generally tolerated very well so start at the lower range of applications (4 pumps) and then increase if desired (5 pumps). Make sure you wash and scrub the skin well before applying and allow 6 hours without washing or sweating profusely to encourage the compound to soak in completely. 3 days a week could be more than adequate, so long as you train hard at every session.

Try doing 30 minutes of low intensity cardio postworkout (e.g. cross trainer) on the days you hit the weights. So long as you don't eat extra food to compensate for the extra activity, it should help with extra weight loss.

PredatorNutrition You will not need an estrogen blocker with 1-T Tren as it will dry you out anyway. Unless you have an excessive amount of estrogen, reducing it will not help with fat loss anyway. Not in my experience it didn't. None of that epistane like vascualrity etc on 1t-tren.

Do you have to rub it in everywhere lads? Or just anywhere on your body? Basically I cant reach my back! Do you do 4 pumps at once or through the day? And is it site specific with rubbing in and gains? Or generic gains throughout the body? Finally, if you cant afford 2 bottles, would one still be a good cycle?
