1st cycle advise please

I am hoping to get started on my 1st cycle fairly soon.
I guessing I wont need use much. I want to use deca & sus250.
How much should I start with? How long for? & whats the best drug to use for PCT & how long should I use it?
Same old questions - sorry, but I rather have advice from you boys, than hours of googling with different answers.

Go for sus on its own fella. 500mg per week for 12 weeks, nice and simple, with nolva on hand in case of gyno.
Standard Nolva PCT three weeks after last jab.

Thanks, why not the deca? I've seen people get amazing results from it on their 1st cycle, so im keen to give it ago.
If its not a good idea I'll reconcider, but I thought the two would be a great starting point?

best to start with just test, if you use deca and test and somethin goes wrong, you wont know which one caused the problem
