1st cycle test e, last jab at weekend, results etc

My last jab will be this weekend, cant beleive im at the end so quick, enjoyed it. Iv been jabbing roughly 450mg test e a week (worked it out to jab every 5 days to try and keep test levels abit more stable) PCT will start 2 weeks after last jab (this right?)
Should this PCT be ok?
Day 1; 60mg Nolva, 150mg Clomid
Day 2-11; 40mg Nolva, 100mg Clomid
Day 12-14; 40mg Nolva, 50mg Clomid
Day 15-21; 20mg Nolva, 50mg Clomid
 
Iv also been running 25mg a day proviron alongside since week 4, dont think iv noticed anything from this, bit moon faced, couple of spots. When should i stop running the proviron?
 
Lifts are all up and am feeling good in the gym, iv put on a total of 10kg's - this sound right? Iv been in the gym 6days a week for a hour doing a split routine, and have been commited i dont miss days. Diet has alot of protein in, and is fairly clean (cant resist the odd choc bar). And only drank alcholhol on 2 occasions. Lots of water each day. How much of the 10kg's iv put on is likely to be water retention? I really didnt expect to put on 10kg's, and have deffinatley 'bulked' - am aiming in the future for a very ripped/lean look so looks like a cut will be in order sometime soon.

bit of a heavy pct imo just for a test only cycle

personally i would just do nolva

80mg first two days
60mg a week
40mg a week
20mg a week

Yer? I just bought all that when i got the test etc as got recomended that. Would there be any point in taking both nolva and clomid as got it now? Even if i cut the doseage down abit

you could run both

say clomid

100mg first couple days
then 50mg for two weeks

then the nolva pct recommended before

as a post cycle course def clomid over nolva, clomid turns the testies on nolva does not, proviron also is a test activator and hcg of course, i shot of hcg a week, 10mg proviron and 1 clomid a day plenty, i start a week befor ei come off, thats when i do come off lol im using proviron clomid and hcg at the moment whilst on my cycle, trying for kids, otherewise i use it when i come off at xmas times and holidays etc

rhom do a pct which looks good, 50 quid a tub and i think 2 a day are all thats needed, has nolva clomid proviron and tribbulis etc

As you only did a Test-E cycle I would do the following 2 weeks after last jab

Clomid 100/50/50/25
Nolva 40/20/20/20.

Is the 10kg iv put on realistic considering my training? Will any water iv picked up drop off on its own, and with the proviron when can i stop running that, cheers

personally i only use nolva for gyno related issues, i find clomid enough to bring back natural test levels, experiment mate, what suits one may be different to another, but you seem clued up and know what your doing, if you have been using proviron you will have minimised water retention throughout your cycle so not as much water will be held, i personally would use up until the final day of the last week of your cycle and replace with clomid two weeks after your last insert.

So il run proviron up until pct i reckon - sound correct?

Im going to use both the clmoid and nolva, having both cant do any harm as both have benefits.

On sunday im off to cancun, mexico for 2 weeks so unfortunatley wont be able to train and am going to have a drink. But iv been told that after a cycle a 2 week break can be a good thing as iv been training hard for a while without a break, some proper healing/growing time.
