2 Month Routine

Hi there, im new to this forum but having heard good things from another member I checked it out and it looks to be very good, lots of good info and helpfull members As the title suggests im looking for a decent 2 month training program. Ive tried a fair few different routines in the past with mixed results, that said i like to try new things and routines (ive been training on my own for the last few months and its difficult to be motivated to do new stuff). Im going to be in afghanistan for this period so the 1st week will be slow training wise, getting used to actually working out again (long christmas!) and the altitude makes it a little harder. Ill be training with atleast one other person so ill have a spotter. The way my shifts work i will be able to get in the gym every other day, and i plan to hit some circuit training in on an evening too. Like i say ive done a few routines before so i should know most of the exercises (ish), but if there are any whacky ones i mihgt need a decent explanation lol. I have internet out there so ill be on to chat etc. Thanks in advance for any advice/ideas guys, Cheers! Mike.
