2 week cycles?
-
20 October 2009 21:29
( #1 )
im almost finished my first ds cycle, im in my 4th week of an epi cycle. i have had some good strength gains and have added a good few pounds of mass too. been getting a few compliments lately so im well chuffed. i want to continue to do short cycles and add mass gradually so people dont start asking questions(espicially my wife). i want to run a few sd cycles but as it seems to add mass quickly would it be ok to run 2 week cycles ? and if i ran it for 2 weeks how long should pct last? thanks for any help on this matter

Why two weeks mate? IMO pct should be followed on the normal protocol no matter how long your sd cycle was.

It has much to commend it but you definitely need to run very good cycles, with attention to training, diet and rest both during cycle and PCT to maximise the benefits of using for such a short time.

the reason i want to run it for 2 weeks is i dont want to add too much mass too quickly

thanks pred, also would it be right to presume that less time between cycles would be needed?

Yeah pretty much Rexz but I advocate something like a 2 on 2 off 2 on 4 off approach. That has worked well and leads to quicker recovery as well.

Most strength gains came in week 2 for me, and i had gained most mass within the first 2 weeks too. By the end of week two i was up 15lbs i think, SD adds shi* loads of weight, fast.

Get the compounds and dosing right and I suspect the 2on2off2on4off approach could be very effective - with all other variables under control of course Its an approach I may well take soon, in the hope it may mitigate the sides that make steroid use hard alongside rugby for me - primarily breathlessness but also pumps. I remember Meat05 running a high dose combination of compounds on a 2on2off2on basis a long while back, I seem to recall he was happy enough with results.
