20% to 15% BF in 6 weeks?? 09 December 2009 14:27 (permalink)
im about 18% bodyfat now and i will put some fat on over xmas but in the new year i hope to get back down to 15% BF. Do you think its doable in six weeks?

for four weeks ill be able to do unfuelled SSCV in the am, with weight training three times a week and HIIT three times a week.

my diet will be, high protein, very low carbs and low fat for a week then high protein, medium carbs and low fat for the remainder.

Very do-able. Your looking at a fat loss of around 7lbs so in 6 weeks that's a nice, gentle rate of fat loss, shouldn't be hard at all. If you don't mind being hungry a bit more you could shoot for a slightly more aggressive target, though with that comes a greater risk of falling off the wagon!

Yeah i agree, 18%-15% in 6 weeks is very do-able. No need for both supplements you mention, infact you could do it without any help, by just adjusting your diet and adding in cardio.

Cytolean is great but it is will power you need. If your diet is sup strict and perfectly planned you can achieve your goals...... how bad do you want it???
