well fingers crossed ill be hlfway there by the end of this little cycle.. so im thinkin then maybe 18 st by this time next yr after the proposed cut is def on the cards.. if i  can get to about 17 st or heavier by feb before the cut ill be happy..

when i joined the site i couldnt think for love nor money a user name, and at the time i was usin MRM protein.. decdied to incorporate this into the name and hey presto.. mrmmonster was born!! haha...

but yeha i think i may change it when i reach a decent weight!! :-)
supose i could just say i have spelt monster with 2 m's to kind of enhance the monsterness!! haha

just to update.. for myself really!!

i am into day 16 of the epi..
started on the 12th sept.
may even up to 50mg soon..not feelin as 'on' as i have done on previous DS's..
will stop the MTRN in the next 2-3 wk..
will rpob run the epi for 35 days, will then start the Hdrol, and in the second wk of hdrol will add in the t roid for the last 4 wks..
not goin on holiday anymore seein as me and the mrs have split and the flights are £750 to tenerife!!! absolute shambles....

my parents own an apartment in los christianos in tenerife and was really excited about gettin away in  october cos i havent managed to get away in the summer.
on the bright side tho, at least my cycle wont be affected so i can run straight thru to my next compoud im usin!

uni started today...
cant believe its that time of yr again already!!
only in 3 times a week tho with 2 full days off..
gonna be hard to try and eat well while at uni tho cos the food isnt that great but will have to try and compromise!!

well i would do mate.. the apartment was booked on my mums system, but she just went to book the flights the night we split up and contacted me to say, becasue of XL goin under, the flights to tenerife were now £750!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

absolutely ridiculous price,... seein as the ex has just booked a flight to New York for a wk in Nov for £350...

ill be alright.. will save my cash for jan, think i am goin snow boardin wi some mates for a wk.. cant wait!

Hammer chest press-
65k x 8,4,3 <--- will increase to 70k next time

Hammer shoulder press-
70k x 8,4,3 <--- same again will up the weight, next one tho is full stack! 75k...

CG bench- tris were fairly fried by this time...
95k x 7,4,4 <--- could have prob got more but dint have my spotter today.
will be uppin weight to 100k anyway.
...supersetted with,
overhand straight bar pushdowns-
full stack + extra weight x 9,3

pronated grip, wide pulldowns- thought we had a hammer machine but it wasnt it was a life fitness one but tried it anyway and it was v v good.!!
heavy RP set 115k x 5,4,3 (bit light), dropped weight, 85k x 8,4,3 <--- back was silly pumped after this! felt great!! could really squeeze the lats wi this machine.

BB rows-
110k x 9,5 <--- had barely any ROM in my back after the pulldowns, still felt good tho.

Hammer strength shrugs-
55k each arm x 12,8

Facepulls-
3/4 stack x 13

all in all was a good session.. was over and done with in around 45 mins.
felt very pumped after it
today was pull priority upper body day hence the extra pull work.

do you use a low pulley or high pulley for face pulls?

i was usin a high pulley mate
may try them on a low pulley too.. we have a unilateral seated row so may try it with this with individual handles...
