i know.. i told the mrs i was gonna go on epi etc for a while, she was like so when people ask me is lewis on gear im just gonna say yeah cos u r!! i was like..'no.,.. dont bother.. people who dont train have a severly naive view on gear etc etc.. they never understand..' took me like 20 mins to convince her it would save hassle just sayin no!! she's such a d*ck sometimes!! ;-) and if i were to say to some people..' yeah im takin steroids..' they will immediately say.. 'OMG cant believe ur injectin with steroids.. ur gonna get proper ill, ur gonna get dead spotty, ur gona kick off all the time.. ur cock and balls are gonna go tiny!!' takes the p*ss.. thought id get a bit more supprt from the mrs to be honst and it p*sses me off that i dont!! like havin to cinvince her not to admit i was tkain somethin cos she dint wanna lie to people..??? B.S!! anyway.. mini rant over!! steroids get a bad rep.. we all know that!! probs somethin everyone wil have to live with for probs the rest of our life times!! unfortunately

update from weds session- front squats- 2-3 warm ups 90x 8 - could have donemore but taklin it slightly easy on the knee.. will be movin up to 100k next time probs.. leg press machine - widowmaker set (20 reps) i totally balles up on this.. totally underestimated what i could do.. ended up doin 36 reps on about 115 kilo on the stack... next time will be doin around 150!! leg press calf raise- 120x12 - with stretches, holds, long negatives etc lying ham curls- 56k on machine x8,4,4 = 16 reps.. will up weight in 2 sessions, aiming to stay between 15-18 reps Straight BB curls- 50k x7,4,2 = 13 reps.. pretty strict, good do more with poorer form but decided to stay very strict with them! hammers- 26k x 12 - slightly rest paused- pretty intense!!!!!! was a decent session. happy with the front squats.. feelin stronger than i did on them so squatting strength should start goin up quite quikly now i think!! today is upper body session

Epi has also started today.. im now thinkin.. finally- wk 1 - Epi @20 -30 mg ED wk 2-5 - Epi @30 mg, T Roid @90mg ED wk 6 - Hdrol @ ?? will find suitable dosage for holiday week (lower than normal dosage) wk7-11 - Hdrol @ higher dosage, MTRN @4.5-7.5 mg ED!! cant wait!!

todays eatin has been- meal1- 2 scoops syntha 6 large bowl oats 1 liv 52 DS, 1 Epi meal 2- 1 chicken breast,tinned tomatoes, red and orange pepper,spinach,garlic, onion and quark- meal i made last night as a casserole- lovely!! 2 slices wholegrain toast meal 3- 6 egg whites 2 yolks 100g cottage cheese 2 slices wholegrain toast will be havin anoter epi cap soon.. thinkin of just startin on 30mg ed.. most seem to tolerate this pretty easily so will be startin on 30 unless itdoesnt agree with me!

before the hols im lookin to add mass, and strength mate yeah!! not too fussed about breakin PB's at the mo.. i mean in my eyes i look better than i ever have, yet my strength isnt where it has been before so main aim really is t just improve physique wise and add strength as i go along!! but yeah im not gonna be all out bulkin on this as i dont wanna add that much in the way of fat.. the second part of the cycle i'll b ehoping to try and tighten up a little... will drop the cals a little and aim for more recomp than added weight.. u know, swap 'x' amount fo lbs in fat for 'x' amount of lbs in muscle!! but knowin me ill prob change my mind alonf the way and wanna just get massive and strong!! haha

just back in from gym- incline bench- 105k x 8,4,2 - one more like this and will then up to 110k Seated BB shoulder press- 73k x 8,3,2 - havent done seated BB press for ages.. should progress quickly with this.. Dips- 35k x 7,4,3 - will stick with 35 for at least another session.. Reverse grip push downs- 20 rep setx 68 k on stack- slightly rest paused at the end, static holds and negatives etc etc!! palm facing pull ups- +12.5k x9,5,3 - not overly keen on these.. think i will stick to CG pulldowns. i do wide grip pull ups on another day which i prefer so i will stick with the other 2 upper sessions with pull downs variations. face pulls- straight set 12-15 reps x 56 on machine stack- managed 13 before had to take a breather.. Rack DL's- 200k x6 220k x4 felt happy wi these... no chance in doin any heavy liftin without straps tho.. middle finger on left hand is completely ruined, cant handle any weight on the joint wat so ever!!:-( overall decent session... just tuckin into my dextrose and oats and protein!!

ive done the stretches some days... have to say ive been a bit sh*t with them!! as for the racks.. ive got to use my straps at the mo mate.. my grip would give at 220 anyway, but ive royally screwed the knuckle joint on my left middle finger.. feels bad when doin 50 k BB curls never mind tryin to hold onto 220 k.. so mixed grip is out the question at the mo and i just use double overhand with straps at the mo... strength is comin back nicely!! hopefully by xmas it will be at its highest!!

just had a quick look at your diet .. more fat needed in there IMO .. whole eggs, natural peanut butter, olive oil are all good.. looks a bit low on carbs as well

it is mate yeah.. i was kinda in two minds as to whether keep carbs low or not.. still am to be honest!! not sure where to go at the moment... but yeah, to be honest the fat in my diet is always kinda low.. however a fair bit of olive oil is in my diet i just dint add it in.. i use it for all the egg meals, olive spread on toast etc.. and 1 shop in every 2 ill remember to buy the whole earth peanut butter cos i f*ckin love it!! i just need to get some more consistency back in my diet interms of eatin enough!! still kind of adaptin to livin wi the gf and makin meals for 2 etc!! actually had a chat wi her tonight sayin how 4-5 nights a week from now on she's gonna have t make her own tea cos im gonna be havin bland chicken and veg wi rice or somethin!! she aint keen...

she'll learn to live with it ;) why not carb cycle .. med carbs on training days .. low on on training days and 1 high carb day a week .. as long as they are clean carbs you'll be fine.

in all honesty mate that was somethin i was goin to ask about inhere...i was thinkin along those lines mate!! i mean my diet is usually pretty clean anyway and havin a couple of lower carb days a week would def suit me.. i seem to react to lower carbs pretty wel.. to many high carb days and i just feel really bloated and heavy in the worng places!! off t bed now but ill be readin up on it after we beat united tomorro!!! cheers fella!!!

legs and bi's today- Squats- 140 x5 - back dint feel great, and knee still not 100%.. good to be gettin back to a bit heavier liftin tho! Front squat widowmaker (20 rep) 70k x13, 5,2 - minimal rest between each set- 5 secs ish!! SLDL- concentrating more on form and stretch as my hams are tight as a nuns *&%$!! 80k x11 - slow strict form taken to point where my knee about to bend and back about to bow out!! :-( really need to stretch these out.. folloowing on from the why deadlift thread ingeneral, def think im gonna invest in a foam roller! should help.. standing calf raises- multiple variatins tried, smith machine was in use.. dint really achieve much with any of them to be honest. i blame my trainers :-) DB preacher curls- 18k x 8, 4,3 Reverse EZ bar curls 30k x 13 - v strict reps Straight bar cable curls 1/2 stack x12, drop set to 1/4 stack x 6 w/ 2x static holds and negatives.. done in.. def need to start doin the DC stretches!!

I find it pretty androgenic stuff, so there is definitely merit in trying the heavier dose pre-workout. I know Taz has done this plenty so worth having a look at his journal. I'm just toying with adding it in at 3 caps an hour pre-workout alongside my current cycle and think it should give a strength and aggression boost. I don't consider it too anabolic so perhaps worth loading it pre-workout on workout days and splitting dosage as normal on other days?

i may do mate.. was just toying with the idea.. i really need to read up more! all this talk of androgenic and anabolic!! i have a basic understanding of what is what but knowing when or what to take due to its andro/anabolicness is somethin i dont quite grasp yet!! :-( shed any light anyone?? i will try a week with it pre workout at 3 caps.. see how i fair, then may change to split throughout the day with 6mg and above!!
