                hey guys, sorry..
                well what a wk im having..
                so, monday mornin, i wake up feelin pretty ill, and with a slight toothache..
                by the end of the day, the toothache has turned into a night mare and im feeli like sh1t..
                fast forward a few days of absolute agony, loaded up on codeine and ibu, paracetamol etc etc, and ive been to dentist today, got some anti biotics for this 'abcess' which i apparently have under my tooth... back in a wk today to have the tooth pulled..
                cant even begin to think about trainin this wk til the pain goes down to tbe honest..
                its really buggin me tho, not only am in agony, but i havent eaten much, im as flat as a pancake and feel like crap!! all i want is to go t the gym but i just couldnt.. face feels like its about to fall off!!!!!
                anyway.. yep DV u have seen my proposed new cycle.. lookin to try buy it in the next wk or 2 :-) cant wait..
                also, bein off this wk has made me think.. i think im going to 'start again'.
                i.e. im gonan reduce the load a bit and build back up and past where i was.. if i do it off my own back then it wont f*ck my head up, but if i go back to the gym next wk and try bench 140, and struggle then i'll be gutted.. so im gonan knock say 20k off my lifts, and get some v solid sets out and build back up to where i was.. then hit the gear mid november time and hopefully look like a greek adonis :-) haha

                      and yeh i think bringing it back slightly and building up again makes sense. wil be leavin somehtin in the tank all the time, but that allows for more growth as the next session i should be a bit fresher and it lets me increase the numbers steadily.. :-)

                          its pissin me off so much..
                          the anti b's are makin me feel really sick, gettin real bad head aches too :-(
                          really wanted to go out tonight as well but i dont wanna mess the anti b's up..
                          plus not eatin that much too, have no desire to cook food, and have dropped a bit of weight already!!

                              well i went to the gym today.
                              did an upper session, enjoyed it actually.. but now, a good 3-4 hrs later, i feel full of flu!! im thinkin the trainin brought it to a head.. these anti b's are kickin my arse big time!! but anyway

                              OHP-
                              85kx8*3 sets

                              Pull ups-
                              BWx8*5 sets

                              Dips-
                              BWx15*5 sets

                              did some accessory stuff too..
                              cable laterals
                              3x12 reps @ 4 plates

                              straight arm pull downs-
                              3x12 reps @ 4 plates

                              Db curls
                              20kx12*2 sets

                              felt good when i was there.. did a quick blast on the rower afterwards too, but got to a quick 500m and quickly felt very bad... head was poundin and felt a bit shakey so thought better of it.

                              lookin into the future, for my next cycle, i wont be able to go on til at least 7th november, as im goin t berlin with uni on the 1st nov til the 6th, which wil be amazin.. so i'll prob go on when im back.. so im thinkin of savin this new routine i have just started til then, and hit a 3 day a wk routine, with some cardio in between... im thinkin less time in the gym and more in the bed/ kitchen while im off would be better for me right now.. especially with uni just kickin off and dissertation stuff needing started.. then when the cycle starts go back to the 5 day a wk routine and nail each muscle group as i have been for a while now... just think i need more rest time and to start eatin a tad more, but introduce some cardio... we'll see

                                thats what i did, now that iam off for the next 7 weeks iam doing a very basic 3 day routine and iam gaining with diet and cardio, then when i start my next cycle i will hit a 4-5 day split

                                  did a lot fo reading while ive been ill and yeh it seems the sensible thing to do.. ive had that many niggles recently and just generally felt pretty low.. im thinkin not only was i goin heavy TOO often, i was just trainin too much.. need to reign it in for a bit mate then attack it again next cycle.. :-)

                                    Looks like we'll be starting about the same time. Just getting all my ancilleries in then I just have to grab my test and I'm away. Planning a Nov-Jan run, by then I'll have been off for 5 months.

                                      Upright row-

                                      Hand clap push ups-
                                      2 x failure

                                      EZ curls/ EZ skulls superset
                                      50kx10 / 50kx10 *3 supersets

                                      good session.. likin the set up of today..
                                      was nice switchin between push n pull..

                                      the next time i do this session will be a wk on monday and instead of increasing the weight, i will be increasing the reps to 3x8..
                                      this will be the progression used on each session, then once i have hit 3x8 on each session i will increase the weight by 5kg or so.. nice and steady..
                                      i may also add in an extra set on each exercise in a couple of weeks, from 3x6 or 8 to 4x6 or 8.. :-)

                                        +20k platex12*4 sets, dropset after final set to
                                        BWxfailure*2 (no rest)

                                        good session. nice to get back into some lower body stuff...
                                        next week will be same weights, but 8 reps on each set, then increase th weight by 5kilo..
                                        hopefully this will allow me to, for a couple of months at least , progress nice and steady in the weights, then i'll start to increase maybe just 2.5 kilos every 2 wk..
