LOL god you make me sick, a week off, pickling yourself and then hit 140 and blast out 120 like it's a warm up set..... Nice. I would have expected to see a bit more on your shrugs, altho you'll have a full squeeze there rather than the 2" head bob many pass off as a shrug. Good work tho, hope you stretched as you'll ache tomorrow, and the next day.

yeh i can shrug more mate, but i never goi that heavy with them to be honest..i prefer a full contraction and extension etc..plus i usually hold them at the top for a second or 2..

Could be the result of the week off, no training etc and I find things tighten up. Get a coupel of sessions under your belt and you should, fingers crossed, be all good.

hope so mate.. could be right! had a wk sleepin on a wierd bed in germany, spent the whole wk out in the freezin p1ssin rain hunched over t stay warm so could be a culmination of all that yeh.. :-)

today- front squats- worked up to a heavy set of 120x5-- pretty comfortable, but that was my goal today due to the mini lay off..will be back to 125 next wk im hopin. BB 1 legged SLDL's- 35kx8*4 -- pretty quick sets superset- lying ham curls/ leg extensions 60kx20 / 20kx20 finished with a couple of sets of 20 rep EZ curls and a couple of light hammer curls.. nice session to ease my lower half back in to the swing of things as back is a little funny.. felt good tho, squats were fine.. lookin forward to next week gettin back at it full throttle watched that movie, 'paranormal activity' last night in the house wi the lads.... pretty sketchy film!! not as scary as we were expecting but still, was a bit wierd...

ONE legged SLDL with a bar.... I have to see a vid of that  . What do you do with the 'spare' leg? Decent work tho fella, looks like things sorted out once you got moving.

yeh everythin started t feel much better as i got a bit heavier. the bars just in front of u mate, the none working leg goes up in the air behind u as u lean down with the bar :-) really good tho mate seriously.. less stress on the back

ok, so just done a 'Barbell Complex' in the garage.. the cold air made it f*ckin haaarrrddd!! complexes are basically circuits, but the weight is never released from ur hands.. it went like; Deadlift BB row Hang clean Push press Back squat Jump Back squat press ( shoulder press at the top of the squat) Good mornings Lunges **crappy york barbell with 20k on it** initial idea was to do; 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 reps, with a minute between each round.. i got to 3, and the air was killin me.. so waited 5 mins or so and hit the 6 rep round again then packed in.. was awesome tho, legs are pumped t high hell and i feel ruined!! will be doin these twice a wk on off days, with another cardio day thrown in on an off day also.

Silly question...do u have any pics of your progress as you seem like a big lad from your lifts and you look big in your youtube video. (if anyone is wondering..im not gay lol i just wanna see what shape MRM is in) god i sound gay lol. Good progress as usual.

haha, cheers fella.. eerrrmm, no pics at the moment mate no.. im tryin to fix the digicam my parents gave me the other week, if i manage that then i'll get some up.. but in terms of stats, im 6'2.5 ish 16 st 9-10 ish approx 14-15% BF, but somehow with visable abs.. :-) i dint do any pics pre/during or post cycle either unfortunately.. but i'll get some up at some point whne camera is fixed.. camera on my phone, although not a bad camera, doesnt really take a good 'whole physique'photo..

mate had a tape measure lying about in his house today.. decided to take a few measurements wi my housemate messin about.. did my calf :-P, 15 inches hahahaha did my biceps, 18 inches :-).. i find it totally ridiculous that my arms are 3 inches bigger than my calves!! takes the p1ss... this will be corrected :-)
