Great coverage guys.
We'll get some more pics up.
The one bit of the weekend I did get to enjoy was the show.  I can finally say that I have been on stage with some of the world's best pros!
Flex was phenominal - IMO he dominated the stage.  He is a first rate competitor.
Well done to John and James L too for getting their O invites.  And to Shaun representing MT - his pro debut and 7th time on BBing stage - he look great.

GM....couldn't agree more with your obs on Branch's physique......IMO RR has a far more pleasing physique.
IB...re. judging after BW winning the Arnold.....surely they (the judges) should judge what they see in front of them, not a guys track record??
This used to get me with Yatesy as well....he won O's with straight firsts yet couldn't pose for **** and had a clearly torn bicep....how can you win a posing round when you can't pose, and he really couldn't pose at all when you compared him with the likes of Flex and Shawn Ray, and a symmetry round with a torn bicep is beyond me.....but as said it's all subjective at the end of the day and who are we to argue...lol.

in my opinion ronny rockel had the worst distended stomach on stage, theres a pic of him in this thread where he is doing an abs and thighs i think with branch and johnny jackson and his lower abs hang over his trunks, besides that though i think he has a very balanced physique

he was good enough to beat these guys a few weeks ago but those guys didnt improve as it was impossible in the time frame, conditioning wasnt too far out for branch to lose.
his size and 80% conditioning was still strong enough for the win

the same way an 80% ronnie beat many leaner guys years ago

I was saying to my mate(on the first night) that Shaun needed more oil, as he looked dry compared to the others, thus not showing the cuts so well under the lights.  He did look great whilst going through the mandatory poses on his own though, it was only when they stood together that he looked to be missing something. ...on the second night he looked much improved (extra oil was evident too).   His back is not quite there, which he knows, hence why he favours frontal poses in his routine.  I want to see this guy bring it up.

Rockel never seems to fair as well as I think he should, but it is tough to call.  I like what he brings alot and he looked really good, he too just lacks the larger back that the big(ger) boys bring.

Branch looked better on the first night, but delivers quality and consistency.  On a light note i'm beginning to think Johnnie Jackson is becoming his negative, they have a very similar bulk, with the only differences coming from legs and traps (Branch with better the legs, JJ with larger traps)

FLEX!!! The best physique on stage at any weight, and the routine that got the loudest response (BB is officially a spectator sport)  What else is there to say ...but i'll try: He looked classic but had current size, he was cut and had lines where no one else did, hams and glutes carved, as were his quads, lines in his tris, feathered lower back, awesome lat spread (cut with size), the rest was all big ticks too- great balance, spot on conditioning and if that wasn't enough (the bit that can't be bought/taught or fought for) he's genetically gifted with great shape and symmetry.

A great night to a great day (the strong men really got stuck in), awesome!

I think defo Rockel should be front of J.J. Branch wasn't in his best shape , His back wasn't as clear as on Arnold classic . I was shocked when I saw Flex's glutes and calves LOL madness!!! The Most impresive bodybuilder on that day !
There is a small link for you guys interview with Zack Khan and couple other guys.

Finally, after 4 days, I've had time to read these topics fully.  What a great bit of reporting from the Team.

I'm still coming down from the stress.  But, the one part of the event I did find time to enjoy was the pro show.  I'm proud to have been one of the hosts of this event which was one of the best events of its kind in thw world.
