Just did a few measurements and was shocked by the result, some are down and some are up. Biceps have gained 1-1.5cm since the 9th!!

        Have you dropped all your carbs shouldnt be felling like these so early. Get some caffeine down your throat you will be fine.

          Na not dropped them all out but cut a LOT out so far!!  That was a day after at least 800mg of caffeine so no idea why I was so tired... get a long sleep tonight and see how tomorrow goes!!

            Yay first cheat in two weeks... oddly after eating it I've started to feel nausious and have a thumping sore head... proabaly the body reacting to the major change in food stuffs.  Shock it into submission hopefully!!!

                Choked with a cold at the moment and fell off the wagon last night... kebab, chips, curry sauce and a battered fish... if your going to blow it might as well do it in style!!  On the plus side the kcal boost has helped me recover a bit faster today!!

                  I'd been making good progress but got hit by a bug or something on Tuesday that almost ended up with me in hospital, dropped 4kg in one day leaving myself unable to hold down water or food for 3 days.
                   
                  Honestly im starting to wonder if its not a hint to drop out and count my blessings!  We'll see what Monday brings but with approx 6/7 weeks to go I cant see it happening :(

                    Good rebound after being sick, all lifts are up.  Even managed some personal bests which im very happy about especially as im dieting.  First time in almost a year that im benching over 100kg, upright rowing 70kg and tbar rowing ~90kg.
                     
                    Though as my strength is increasing im worried that i'm not leaning out fast enough to make the deadline!!

                      Was thinking where you had gone? strength is up means your doing something rite. keep up the hard work cant you do abit more cardio to try lean out, i know what you mean i,m abit concenered i,m not going to be lean enough to show a difference but i,m sticking to what i know and ploddding along nicely.

                        Unfortunaty as much as I would like I just dont have enough time or energy to try and do more than 3 hours cardio a day :(  Your right though best thing I can do is stop stressing and do the same thing as last time, every day at a time!

                                      3 Weeks to go today!!  The combination of the cardio, lots of water and little food has resulted in me being up 4 times a night for a pi$$.
