Goal : Due to various issues I havent been able to train or eat cleanly since the 2010 SUC so am wanting to get back into shape so will be cutting
Age : 26
Height : 186cm
Pre Weight / Cur Weight
97kg / 83kg (-14kg)
Pre Size / Cur Size
Chest: 113cm / 106cm (-7cm)
Waist: 109cm / 90cm (-19cm)
Hips: 99cm / 90cm (-9cm)
Bicep: 40cm / 41cm (+1cm)
Thigh: 58cm / 56cm (-2cm)
Pre Blood Pressure : 146/91 Resting Pulse 96!
Cur Blood Pressure : 121/62 Resting Pulse 54
PBs : Flat bench +50lbs Shoulder press +70lbs Tbar Row +90lbs Skull Crushers +30lbs
Help : Not 100% sure yet, prob fat burners / green tea!
Cardio Total : 111 hours
Sadly there are no lighting tricks, slouching or pushing out my stomach in these pics! All Au Naturale!

    Bloke, I just viewed your before and after on your First Cut is the Deepest journal... Inspirational to say the least. You in 2007-2008 is pretty much where i'm at at the moment, i'll be reading it all for sure, no doubt picking up some fine nuggets of info.

      Good luck mate, if I can give any help just ask.  The best tip for me is stick at it and keep it consistent, you may think a small slip up here and there wont set you that far back but it is enough too, especially towards the end.  Ditch the simple carbs and do cardio :)

                    Thanks guys, I'll be honest I may have bitten off more than I can chew with this one... either way its a step in the right direction.
                     
                    @Pacey - I'm doing Fasted AM SSCV, I found HIIT worked but I just diidnt have the energy to do it.

                      Bounced on the scales this morning and im readin 95.1kg probably mostly water as I've been pissing every few hours!! My BP oddly is less than when I started, 142/90!!

                          Last time (Nov 2010) I dropped from 82-85 to 70kg from memory... Honestly I was in better shape last time and havent put on any muscle so have actually a harder job this time!!

                              Rzoro I'm hoping to train 4 days a week, maybe do a light full body session on Fridays if I feel up to it.

                                        Aye its going ok, not as fast a I'd hoped though.  Stuck out in the ar5e of nowhere for the rest of the week therefore not being able to stick to my diet without offending customers!! At least its only 1 meal a day!!
                                         
                                        Just tired all the time and hungry lol 24 hours cardio though will do that.  I'll keep the running total in the first post as accurate as possible!!
