I havent got time in the day while in work to eat big so does this look okay?
struggle to gain, but progressing well in the gym
 
any pointers?
 
7am
8 weetabix
10 scrambled eggs on toast
muller rice
fruit
 
10am
2 scoops of BSN Truemass
 
1pm
Chicken Breast
Tin of Tuna
Large portion of pasta
 
4pm
2 Scoops of BSN Truemass
 
6pm
PRE GYM
Muller Rice, Banana, Fruit
 
GYM 6.30 - 8.30 (approx)
POST SHAKE - 3 Scoopd of BSN Truemass
 
8.30pm
Meastfeast Pizza or Chicken and Rice or Pork Chops and Jacket spud etc?
 
10-11pm (ish)? Unsure on whats best?

    Just make sure throughout the day you get around 1g/lb bodyweight for protein.
    If you find it hard to gain weight, eat calorie dense foods.

    If you don't gain, eat more.
     
    Aim to gain around 1lb every 2 weeks for leanest gains, wouldn't go above 1lb/week, even that's too much for a natural. 
     
    Also if you think you're eating a lot but aren't gaining, try using myfitnesspal to track portion sizes and you might find you're under eating.
    But just looking you seem to be getting a lot of protein, it's simply down to personal preference I guess you prefer eating like that.  
     
    But other than that, I'm sure you're getting enough calories, protein and fat.  If you still find no progress try upping carb portions slowly.

      At your age you should just eat as much good food as poss your still young so take advantage of that and before bed get sum quark or cottage cheese with nut butter and drop the pizza after weights stick with the chicken!!

            Make sure you get enough veg in your diet. If you struggle (like me) try V8 vegtable juice, tastes a bit like tomato soup and 150ml is equal to one of your five a day.

              Couple of my friends, yes I do know people who do it haha.

              Assuming the rest of your diet's inline and you can fit it in, why not?  Damn tasty.

                Veg and fibre is needed in there.
                 
                Apart from that - certainly not the worst looking diet I have seen.
                 
                Wouldn't personally be smashing down a pizza ED though.
                 
                Perhaps as a cheat but not every day lol.

                  Concur with the thoughts on pizza, its a treat not a staple. 
                   
                  Not a bad plan though mate, see how you go with it and make adjustments as you see fit.
