2nd cycle gyno questions

Hi All,
 
This will be my 2nd cycle, I ran a Dbol/Test 400 about a year ago and still have slightly puffy niples and small lumps under both. Its not vey noticeable at the moment however Im looking to run a similar cycle again and am wondering if running an AI such as arimidex, will prevent any further risk of gyno?
 
Also would you recoment starting tamox pre cycle to try and reduce the current gyno befor switching to the dbol, test & arimidex?

I wouldn't bother with an AI on that cycle, Nolvadex alone will protect fine on that as you are only dealing with estrogen issues.
I would begin dosing Nolva from now at 20mg ed to try and reduce the lump type gyno and continue it right through the cycle mate.

Am I correct in assuming an AI would be nessercary if a compound such a DECA was added?
