2nd cycle suggestions - recomp/lean gains

Hi guys, I’m after some recommendations for a compound to run. I’m looking for a recomp cycle really, I want to stay around the same weight but drop some body fat. I need something that won’t hinder me too much in my judo training and cardio though. My only previous cycle was epi (a couple of years ago) and I didn’t really get much in the way of gains and zero side-effects. I’ve read that it just doesn’t work for some people so time to try something else. I will of course have a full PCT sorted. My stats: 31 years old – training on and off for 15+ years 6ft tall 95kg (15 stone) Approx 16% - 18% body fat Training: Mon – am run sprints, pm kettlebell/bodyweight circuits Tues – judo Weds – am run sprints, pm kettlebell/bodyweight circuits Thurs – judo Fri – Rest Sat – Strength training (squats, deads, bench) Sun – Rest Diet: Paleo(ish) diet Approx 2500 cals a day 50% protein, 30% fat, 20% carbs (most carbs taken before training) Let me know if you need any more info.

H-drol for 6 weeks at 75mg a day, you could even add in some 11-oxo too to help, 600mg a day for the 6 weeks. Obviously the diet is the key area, but adding in these compunds to a good routine can bring pleasing results.
I love the smell of steak in the morning...

I reckon I'd go for H-Drol and Tren (because I'm greedy).

Cheers guys, H-drol does look pretty good. My diet is very clean at the moment, I've lost 4kg since Christmas so I just want to make sure I maintain as much muscle as possible. I will probably up the calories a bit when I start too.

At those bodyfat levels you don't need steroids to maintain muscle during a cut. Cut about half a stone naturally then see if you still think you need it.

have you considered 'one' , nice recomp cycle which doesn't hinder cardio. ghostrider ran it while ago and wrote a decent log which might be worth looking up
