3 day FB routine- too much volume?

Hi guys Since the New Year, I have adjusted my training through research and advice, and after a long time training poorly with little energy and fewer results. Trying to focus on compound exercises, full body with variety, and form. Would value comment on if this is good or too much volume. Background: struggled for many years with ED (undereating), which made training very tough and lacking in energy. Now 31 yo, 142lbs, and 5'9. I train 3 times a week, and am currently trying: Squats DLs Chest press Pec fly Lat pulldown Bicep curl Triceps Shoulders Abs, 2 exercises I do 4 x 10 on squats/DLs/chest/back exercises, 3 x 10 on the rest, and vary: so replace squats with lunges, lat pulldown with pullbacks or bent over row, chest press with either DBs or barbell, etc etc. Bi's/tri's/shoulders similarly, vary exercises- hammer curls, DB curls, tri pulldowns, shoulder press with DBs, machine etc. Is this too much volume? This takes me around 70 minutes inc everything to complete. I train v early (around 6.30am) and so would like to cut down if possible to max 1 hour, but would value comments. Cheers Si
