Kids won't let me forget it!
Right what you need to do is start early each year to avoid the future birthday shocks! From about April next year start considering yourself 41. I know, I know, you probably feel like you're loosing a year there but there'll be no depressing middle-age realisation on the big day next year! It'll just be another day!

Seriously though...think of all the people who never even get to 40! We're the lucky ones!
