Haha James very funny.  Just away to get the bottle of wine you recommended for tonight cant wait to get hammered will be strange after 4months of zero booze.

Well one more sleep and its show time.  Just running everything through in my head and keeping positive.  Finished the shaving this morning which took forever and a day.  The tan starts gettin applied later on in the afternoon. 

Off to buy bits a bobs for tomorrow, including some brandy and white wine, oh and some haribo sweeties now that sounds good!!  Feeling good a little dehydrated but not to bad.

Well wish me luck and I will post the results up as soon as I possibly can.  Thanks for eveyones support up until now and hopefully I pull off a great result.

Officially the 2009 Junior Natural Mr Scotland.  Unbelievable, lost for words!!!  Just over the moon.

Its late and need to rub the rest of the tan off hehe.  Will give a full report on my day tomorrow.

Yea thats the plan.  Will need you to email your thoughts for timings of when to start cutting again and what kind of approach I should follow for the next few weeks. 

The brittish finals are on the 4th of October so a good 18weeks until then.

I cant say thank you enough for the excellant expertise and advice.  I doubt I would have been able to achieve the success that I wanted with out your expert guidance!!

Thanks forddee.  Yea thats one of my gems right now I guess.  Good thickness with great detail and I had striations all over my lower back which I never thought possible.  Was a great day!!

You were fooking amazing up there lad!!!!! Your condition is not showing on those photos. As I said to you during the evening show your quads had feathered too!! The audience loved you and boy did you milk it and rightly so
 
Keep up that standard and you'll be a big threat  in that class. My photos haven't turned out very well, I've picked the best one and adjusted it a little.
 
Looking forward to seeing you at the finals (hopefully wearing much less clothing myself LOL!!)

well done gogz- you're very impressive for a natural junior thats for sure.

The guy in 2nd had the edge on you for condition but your muscle size, density and confident professional posing made you stand out as the winner

Just get your lower body even leaner for the finals and you'll be very hard to beat ;-)
