This is the new diet that James has come up with for me:
Wake Water
7.15am - 60minutes Low Intensity Cardio
Breakfast 8.15am Omellette: 8 egg white, 2 yolk (free range)
Porridge: 40g Oats, 150ml Milk, Tbls Dried Fruit, Tbls Ground Linseeds
250ml Fruit Juice
11.00am 2 Oatcakes, Natural Peanut Butter
30g Whey in Water
Item of Fruit
1.30pm Sandwich: 2 Slices
Granary Bread, 100g Tuna/Slamon, Tbls Low fat yoghurt Bind
Mixed Salad, Tbls Ground Linseeds
2.45pm 1 Oatcake
30g Whey in Water
Immediately Post Workout Serving of Cellmass, 5 Glutamine Capsules
15 mins later Shake: Build and Recover, 20g whey, 20g Maltodextrin
Evening Meal 5.30pm 160g Chicken/Lean Red Meat
40g wholewheat Pasta
Loads of Veg
8.00pm 80g Chicken Breast
Item of Fruit
Tbls Spoon Sunflower seeds
Bedtime 200g Cottage Cheese
