          Rite quick update for the past couple of days.  Things havent changed stil going strong with the diet and training.  Saw myself in some really good light the other day.  Freaky striations in my front delts and rear traps how strations in them as well.

          Really happy with the way my legs have come out as well!!  Hopefully it'll be enough for a high placing. 

          Been having trouble with small nibbling which is realy annoying me.  Just have to resist!!!!

          Got my new diet from james, which by my suprise will include ketchup lol. Bodybuilding sure throughs up suprises. I have next week off work so I'm 110% comitted to bodybuilding, really, really looking forward to the show in a weeks time.  Sent my entry form and things away a couple of days ago so thats all sorted.

          Bring on 7th of June.

            Off work today so usual procedure with the training and eating.  Morning cardio was fine. Had to stop half way to do a pee but apart from that all good.  Eating was great all on time and in on time.

            Had a training session down at results gym with a local bodybuilder Johnny Reid.  He won his class at the Scottish UKBFF under 80kg.  So managed to get some GREAT advice from him.  He was really impressed with my condition and my physquie.  He put me in great confidence for the competition.  Really cant wait now. Just the shaving and tanning to get over lol.

              Don't mean to stress you out but you said 1day and 9 hours ago from me posting this that you only posted your entry off 2 days ago!! Entries close 2 weeks before the comp...by my calcs that's too late. Have you had confirmation? The numbers were announced on Wednesday but were updated yesterday afternoon.

                            I've been just depleted I guess.  Felt kind of the same last year.  Just empty, not so much hungry just nothing in me.  Doesnt sound great with the cold, maybe up the water intake that helps me when I'm feeling a little tired and lethargic.

                            Gotta love the tomato ketchup though lol its the best especially when I've had nothing like it for the past 15weeks oh yea love it!!!!

                              Been a good few days.  Yesterday was REALLY busy at work, unbelievable!!!  However got through things and continued my new diet from james.  He has started my sodium load on friday.  This includes salting meals and adding a small amount of ketchup.  I have started to take some supplements.  Potassium, Magnisium, vitamin C and dandilion extract (which is horrible, had to buy the diluted kind which isnt great).

                              Didnt really notice anything until today. A little bit around the lower abs but not too bad which is fine.  Started the carb delplete today as well so been pretty tired.  Just running on empty all day. Its been difficult to train as well.  A little light headed but pushed through it.  Veins are popping even more and in my quads which is great.

                              Trained Legs and Abs:
                              3 excersises for Quads and Hams, 2 for Calves and Abs
                              30reps 4sets 1minute rest

                              Leg Extension
                              Smith Machine Squat
                              Lying Leg Curls
                              Seated Leg Curls
                              Seated Leg Press
                              Stiff Legged Deadlifts

                              Calve Workout

                              Ab Workout

                                Oh the memories have come flooding back of last years carb deplete.  Certainly not the easiest thing in the world!!!  Any bodybuilder out there will know what I'm going through right now.  Not great just feel tired and light headed at times, almost drunk.  Suprisingly not hungry or any cravings for that matter.

                                Have had an update of the next two days.  Even less carbs and stopping the sodium load tomorrow night.  Which I'm a little gutted about because that tomato ketchup was just amazing lol.

                                Traing Back:
                                Same as yesterday 30reps 4sets 1minute rest

                                Super-set cable ez pulldowns with standing cable rows
                                smith machine negative grip rows
                                lateral pulldown
                                single arm dumbell rows
                                seated modified negative grip cable straight bar rows
                                Upper Lats Machine

                                Absoulutely BUGGERED I think is the correct terminology but its all in the name of the little trophy man on sunday!!!

                                  3.00pm – train chest, triceps
                                  Immediately post workout 40g whey protein + 10g maltodextrin + 5 glutamine capsules
                                   
                                  Evening Meal 5.30pm  150g chicken breast
                                                                        30g basmati rice
                                                                        Loads of veg (vary)
                                                                        Drink water
                                   
                                  8.00pm                          80g chicken breast
                                                                        Item fruit
                                                                        Tbsp sunflower seeds
                                   
                                  Bedtime                         30g Extreme Protein in water
                                   
                                  Add salt and small amount of tomato ketchup to all meals
                                  2g of vitamin C
