looking to run this for 10/12 weeks, what do people think?

Monday - Back/Biceps
                   Chin ups
                    rows
                    barbell curls

Tuesday - Quads
                   Squat
                   Leg ext

Wed - Chest
               Dips
               Flat bench

thursday - Lowerback/Hams
                 Deadlift
                  SLDL

Friday - Shoulders/triceps
               Military
               Side raise
                Pushdowns

    what rep ranges are you using and what are your goals.

    Tbh for me personally (if i were to use it) id say it was awful, but may well work for you, lots of compound stuff in there which is always good.

      Looks fine mate, by no means is it awful, good exercise choice.

      Could add some calf work in though?
