5 Day Advice - 25 September 2009 20:53 ( #1 )

looking to run this for 10/12 weeks, what do people think?

Monday - Back/Biceps
                   Chin ups
                    rows
                    barbell curls

Tuesday - Quads
                   Squat
                   Leg ext

Wed - Chest
               Dips
               Flat bench

thursday - Lowerback/Hams
                 Deadlift
                  SLDL

Friday - Shoulders/triceps
               Military
               Side raise
                Pushdowns

Tbh for me personally (if i were to use it) id say it was awful, but may well work for you, lots of compound stuff in there which is always good.
