This pic was this morning after 2 days loewer carbs, from 500g to 350g. I can see a noticiable difference in my physiqueafter doing this, slightly tighter and dryer. Today I will have a cheat meal and a few other naughty bits to eat today as im just over 4 weeks out and in good nik! Tomorrowmy carbs will go back down again for 2 days, I will cycle like this for the next 2 weeks or so and monitor what im looking like!

Hi bud ,as said all good and all the best with the show. Q. You are on 300g+ carbs some days ,is your CV the same this time round ,as i can see low carbs= being flat and lossing muscle mass ,but what is in the mix to have higher carbs in there and lower the body fat at the same time. Cheers Daz

CV is the same at the moment, it might change accordingly at some point. Yes you can lose muscle if your carbs/protein are to low but its just something you have to monitor. Im on 440g of protein at the moment, so I doubt very much I will lose a lot of muscle this time. I was very lean to begin with when I started prepping for this show, so my body needed a lot of calories as it would have gone catabolic very quickly I believe carb cycling like this is a very effective way of losing weight/tightening up. You wont be flat if your calorie intake is suffient, which I learnt to my detriment!

Cheers for that ,you and your body is at the high level in body building were fine tuning is key and you have done it .I will look into carb cycling and put it into my plan aswell. All the best with the show Daz
