500mg test VS 1000mg a week !! 26 January 2012 11:10 (permalink)
I have been using test at 500mg a week. And when i jump start my cycles with test prop. Have i been using it up to 750mg a week. But only for the 3 first weeks.
 
Know there are some test freaks here. So what u guys think about 0.5g vs 1g a week ??

    doses imho should be down to your weight and/ or development, otherwise you will only end up with more sides and not an equal amount of gains to make up for the higher dose, i didnt gain much more from 1gtest then i did off 500mg test, just got alot more sides, 500-750mg is my max, i would rather add other things then go for high test, but if your very developed like a bodybuilder in top condition then you may need those high doses to grow anymore.
     
    if your only average then imo stick with your normal doses, people who use the high doses normally b&c, i dont think you will find many guys who run gram's of thest then run pct as you will just yo-you and its not that effecting in the long run, if you need grams of test then you are probably well past your natty potential so you will need to stay on otherwise going back to your normal 2% of 2-10mg ed test (since up to 98% will either be bound or converted) you will loose it all.
     
    imo low to mod doses with pct protocols.
     
    high doses need to be b&c to have long term benifits of keeping your gains

    i believe with a healthy active lifestyle and some good knowledge and aas/peps use etc that you can live a longer stronger better life.

    main interests: physique conditioning, bbj, muay thai.

      I've run 2 grams of test before and test is magic when run high
       
      Depends how long you've been using for , how big you are etc
       
      A gram is better but you don't get double the gains so worth thinking about plus what next after that one and a half? You can still make gains using the same amount that you used in your last cycle. You don't always need more.

        Was talking to this guy. And him did say test test and more test. Why waist money on tren. And gear that have so many side effects. Was what him did try to tell me. And him did say that u really did see what test was all about. If u did use it at 1g + a week..
         
        And the sides from using 1g test a week. Is nothing compared to using tren.

          I do agree sides with tren can be worse but tren doesn't give you water retention etc and is one of the best roids you can use.

            Know many guys agree. To what u say right now. But i get insomnia,high blood presure and gyno from using tren. And i think its to hard for the body. So for me its a NO NO to use tren.

              Great advice from the guys above mate. There is so little difference in the results from higher dosing versus the correct dose for you to grow, you get to a point and just see increased side effects with no more noticable increase in lean tissue. Definitely best to work your way up getting the maximum out of each dose level before increasing again IMHO. It is also a much healthier option too..................
