Friday 20th January Squat BW 60 x 6 x 1 80 x 6 x 1 warmup 125 x 4 x 1 fail 120 x 4 x 2 Squats felt poor today. Sldl 60 warmup 90 x 5 x 3 95 x 5 x 2 OHP 45 x 5 x 5 Weighed myself this morning - 83.5kg

Monday 23rd January Bench Bar x 2 60 x 5 102.5 x 5 x 3 102.5 x 4 x 2 Fail! Incline 60 80 x 5 x 4 70 x 5 x 1 Struggled on the incline tonight Db flyes 20 x 5 x 1 22.5 x 5 x 4 Struggled on these too , was doing them on 27.5 last. Had some shoulder pain which started on the flat bench :( Weighted dips 30k x 5 x 2 Put the weight up (possibly to try and redeem myself ) and it didn't work . Reverted to sets of 10 bodyweight ones. 10 x 4 Overall below average session , possibly blew myself out going for the 102.5 on the bench. Diet hasn't been the best the past 3 days. Also my mind hasn't been 100% focused on training since I started looking for a new car at the weekend. These things happen.......It can only get better though :)

59 Tuesday 24th January Did some press ups, sit ups and 1.5 mile run. I need to run more! Don't buy a car then Still getting plenty of good work done mate, you're bench is very strong.

Well bit of an update, i havent touched a weight for the past 3 weeks due to lack of transport/holiday/illness in that order. Over the past few days i have completed 2 cardio sessions which felt tough (will detail them below) - I need to place a bit more emphasis on the cardio aspect of my game now. Thursday 16th February Tabbed with 55lb for an hour across rough terrain , would have been longer but a sea of cows blocked our normal route so we had to go on an alternative one. I bet they didnt have a clue what was happening with 2 blokes with headtorches approaching them in the middle of nowhere! Saturday 18th February Gentle Jog.It was a bit of a wake up call made worse by me recovering from a ****ty week long sore throat/cold type thing. Havent run properly since November and focussing purely on the big 3 strength movements. This was intentional as i knew i could let my fitness slide a little while focussing on strength - well the tables have turned now and its time to smash the cardio.
