              There are quite a few routines, a few for smart phones that give you the training for one hundred press ups.
               
              An achievement for any age but for 66, absolutely fantastic. Just goes to show it can be done if you put the effort in.
               

              No amount of training can undo a bad diet.
               
              So, plurals have apostrophes now, do they?

                The one thing I learnt from those two chaps, is the reinforcement of the principle of the importance of discipline and consistency in training - whatever the age.  Whether we are slogging out in the gym or using whatever is there in park - consistency and discipline will give the muscles.
