Wow, seriously impressive. I weigh a few kg heavier and you put me to shame, ha!
I think once you improve your lockout weakness your max will be closer to 325 to be honest, so much power off the floor.
What do you think the lockout weakness is due to? Soft glutes? Weak hip/glutes? Are you pulling the slack out of the bar before you pull? Doesn't look like it in the video but it's hard to see it frame by frame.
