ECA may conflict with your production of T3, but not at a significant rate. I don't believe it may cause any problem while taking T3 or after your T3 cycle, unless there is a history in your family tree of thyroid problems..

ECA + T3 are commonly run together. Just be sure to monitor BP.

ORIGINAL: PartyBoy ECA + T3 are commonly run together. Just be sure to monitor BP. Cheers for that pb just another question would it be wise to lower the dosage of eph with t3 as i can easily take 90mg of eph 3 times a day but i dont wanna risk to much while taking t3 cause of the risks

No sides of over active thyroid, i also feel very tired some times mostly in the evening. I split my 100mcg in 2doses, one in the morning and one in the evening, about 4 hours before going to sleep. My diet is: morning: ~60-70 grams of carbs (cereals: all bran+quaker) and 6 eggs, only the white part ~3 hours after: 1 scoop of whey protein, or a toast with low fat cheese and turkey lunch: 200gr white meat/red meat + 100-150gr brown rice or boiled potato + salad + 1 spoon of virgin oil before training: 1 scoop of whey protein after training: 1 scoop + 1 banana lunch: 200gr. white/red meat + salad+ 1 spoon virgin oil before sleep: 200gr. of yoghurt, or a scoop of casein when available, sometimes nothing

I'm just a bit of a regular Joe, not a BBer, was just wondering if you would have an opinion on me using t3 (well I can get t4) at the start of the autumn rugby season to help shift excess weight. I'm 5'9 96kg/15 stone chunky build front rower but would like to shift my gut and some excess bodyfat. I get semi fit mid season, but slack off in the summer. Been pretty much the same weight for a few years now (I'm 27), goes up and down a half stone in and out of the season. Just figure if i can shift the college beer gut I can keep it at bay with my usual routine. Not being buff in the first place I suspect muscle catabolism shouldn't be an issue/fear. I'd only be training twice weekly (and surfing when waves/work allows) - would that be sufficient exercise levels? I know its a bit of a quick fix I'm lucking and all and likely to get screamed at, but any constructive replies would be great. Thanks. (P.S. Am dieting at the mo!)

T3 would be your last choice for fat loss along with DNP and triax. Go grab an ECA or do a clen cycle at most.

Agree. It's not terribly hard to diet down to "normal average joe levels" such as 12-14%. T3 is a med that shouldn't really be considered unless you are dieting hard down to a very low %BF, perhaps 8% or lower.

Thanks. Found my way onto the site some time back reading about lipostabil. From a medical backround, and to my ears, having treated many hypothryoid (and hyperthyroid patients) I'd have thought the side effects of t3 would be less than for clen / ephidrine in so far as increasing metabolic rate to burn excess energy.

I ran a 6 week cycle of T3 until mid Feb. Would it be ok for me to go back on for 6 weeks till mid June with var to hold the muscle?

it's best to do 2 cycles at most every year. i 'd wait at least 4 months to do my second cycle, after my last one. If you are eager to do so, go do a blood test to check your T3, T4 and TSH levels (only if you are not on ECA/CLEN or guggulsterones). Compare them to your normal levels and if everything is ok, proceed with your next cycle.

I'd suggest doing a blood test first.

Cardio to weight loss (and a good diet) is as mounds of food is to bulking. Necessary IMO. Unless you don't give a **** about your cardiovascular fitness and are looking to cheat and put in less effort with T3 burning the fat away. IMO you'd be disappointed with t3 on its own. Combined with cardio, IME, its great - my fav fat loss compound (well naturally along with diet and exercise!). HTH

Oh, AAS support is needed unless you don't care about muscle loss.

Thinking of running the 8 week cycle on page 1 along with my current 500mg enanthate EW. Also on 40mg accutane ED Is it wise to take accutane with T3? I'll not be drinking etc ...
