have you put up your diet changes mate, glad its working it might be 3lbs of muscle wouldnt worry your looking alot leaner.

Here you go the changes that James has made is to remove some protein and give me a bit more carbs as i was wanting to falling asleep after my 2 oclock meal, and getting very ratty after my training plus running out of energy,
Breakfast has stayed the same (shake)
9 oclock chicken has dropped from 100g to 80g rest stayed the same
11.30 has stayed the same 100g mackerel
2 oclock stayed the same 100g chicken
4.30 non training days chicken has dropped from 100g to 80g rest stayed the same
7 pm Chicken stayed at 150g carbs (rice or pasta) has been increased by 20g to 50g
9pm Chicken has been dropped from 100g to 80g the rest stayed the same
bedtime cottege cheeze has been reduced to 200g from 250g
I also now drink coffee and diet cans of drink and fizzy water to full me up.
the other change is on training days I now have 25g of maltodextrin instead of 15g in my post work out shake
