If you go back to my post giving the instuctions about posting the pics, i've edited it so the instructions are better and tell you how to make pics bigger and to get rid of all the writing that comes up alongside the pics.

Close grip bench press 5x5 55kg

workout went well diet is still good body weight is still increasing now up to 17st 2 1/2lbs, this i dont get as i have been increasing in body weight since i started my bulking diet, yet i dont eat any more perhaps it will stop one day and then i will need to eat more? if anyone can explain then i am all ears.

curls (dumbell) 5x5 60lbs

training went well once i got to a gym that was open as when i turned up at mine it was closed and all in darkness (dont know whats going on will find out on friday) so i had to go to the other one made me bit late but had to train I was all ready to go there was no way i was coming home wihtout training.

no need to worrie about gym the old fella that opens up was ill so he couldnt make it
training on friday went well made a change to the SL deads after doing some reading i have changed to standing on a box to increase the stretch at the bottom of the movement,and have dropped some weight for now

seated calf raises 5x5 117 1/2kg

good work out except i banged my funny bone (not so funny when it is you ) and could feel it all way through the dips and it hampered my seasion my body weight is still at 17 st and a bit, will look to eat more food if it stays the same next week it just means that i need to consume more calories,

Decent lifting there!

I know you were trying something different, but did you not find that the first couple of sets were too easy though!? If you managed 185 for 5 on the 5th set you must of been able to get plenty more than 5 with the 140!?

Yes like i say i was trying somthing differant i want to show my self that i can lift more weight so trying to fool the body next week i will start with more weight just doing this as i need a kick to push my weights up it might work then again i will never know unless i try i just seamed to get to 177.5kg and stop,i want to get to 200kg for 5 and beyond thanks for looking in hows things with you?? all well i hope

Things are ok at the moment, other than the last week which was a little crappy.

I've only just recently cracked the 200k for 5 and it was f'ing hard work!

If you're looking to push your working weights up and aiming more for strength gains then i would just try and add weight at every opportunity.

At 185 for 5 im sure you won't be too far away from the 200.

Right i wont go into this too much but i stopped training shortly after last post, life went all tits up
 
Now i am back two years older, moved from east anglia to gosport hampshire and have just started training at don stylers gym proper hard core, cobwebs and dust refreshing to find a gym like this in a strange kind of way, clean and filled with all the latest gear is not for me, never has been makes me feel uncomfortable,
So its start all over again i have been training now for 3 weeks, body weight was 15 st 10lbs sorted my diet and i am gaining weight slowly where did all my strength go will sort some photos and post up some stats soon.

lost a lot of size but its coming back very quick, starting to bulk up very nicely, wont take long to be back to my old self plenty of food, rest, and training, will try and upload so pictures of me now

Little update size is coming back along with the strength
 
Weight my self yesterday 16st 11lbs
and my stats are
16 1/4 neck
50 chest
17 bicepts
13 1/2 forarms
38 waist
26 thighs
16 1/4 calfs
 
Now its the second week that my weight has stayed the same i am eating 6 meals a day and comsuming 50-60 gm protien per meal so i am thinking i need to up my carbs, not ever having counted my carbs its something i am going to have to do some research on
