Well here goes we are 8 week away still have fat too lose but getting there, but slower than when i first started out, although it dont show up in the photos i am getting more vascular with veins showing out in my upper legs now, but i am sure that is to be expected now, i can live with the diet, training going very well, for those that have not read about my frightner in the week, i got all shakey burst out in a sweat it was running down my head in rivers and i had the strongest urge to eat, would have killed anyone that got in the way, spoke to james and got it sorted, not had it again so hopefully that is that sorted,
I get the usual good days and bad days of which there are more good than bad, so i can live with that too.Energy levels are good and bad, so when i have a low energy day i just adjust the weight used in my workouts, I am getting a very good pump during training but it goes away very quickly but i am well pleased with my size and shape when i am pumped. these picture were taken this morning before i went training, so i am flater and to be honist if the light was better it would help, but i am sure we all say that ;-)
I would like to start seeing the fat thats covering my abbs to start to go but i know i know all in good time !!
All in all i am well pleased with my progress so far and i am probley in the best shape i have ever been period. taking into account that i still weigh in at 16st 12lbs so in my 12 weeks so far i have dropped from 18st 11lbs so thats 1lb shy of 2 stone weight lost 27lbs of fat and water this picture below was taken at two weeks in so 10 weeks ago.
