My legs have always been muscular and large, when i was young we never had a car so i rode my pushbike everwhere, i used to run a lot 1500m for school, and was involved in all field events, and having worked as a scaffolder for over 15 years carrying scaffold boards and tube must have helped, good genetics must help.

18 weeks is loads of time and you have james' help so you will be fine. you have no worries at all, you can make loads of change in 18 weeks and james is honest enough to say if he thinks it is too much of a tall order. All i know is i think you have have loads of time i reckon you could be ready in 14 weeks, so 18 is plenty of time

scrubby65 So does that mean i got potential ?? or is that a nice way to say not this time mate but stick with it ha ha, mate you have plenty of size, and your not carrying huge amounts of fat, so like i said its a great position to be cutting from-ie good size and good condition offseason! you should look very good once in stage shape! sorry mate, should have been more clear it was a positive comment, but it never occured that it might be taken otherwise! have a look at the photos of me at the front of my journal when i started cutting last year for leeds, at 16 weeks out, wasnt as big, and was carrying more fat than you

Great pics mate - yes clear improvement since I saw you. If you continue at this rate you will be fine. Improved legs and back definition is striking for the short time period

Great job with posting always good to see in pictures in post as to were your are .Looking back at you old pics you side tri is you best and a tanned back shot in good. As you know you are a big chap and the waist line is were you need to shift the fat from and is mostly the last place that lets go of fat stores . When you have dropped you BF% down lower, than you have ever done before you will see how thick your upper half will look and give loads more over all shape, which you will be over the moon with. Keep up the hard work. Daz

Mind you i was pooped when i finished dragged myself in the car an came home to stand in a hot shower while my dinner was cooking, i am ready for my bed just got to stay awake to eat

No probs bud,I think with all dieting , show prep and bulking, having help to your goal is a must have if you wish to get to there in the best way/shape possible, and as you know from the start you must stick to the plan 100% and the outcome will be what you are aiming for. Great...glad it's all coming together for you....(lol like I have a clue)...i did legs last night and went out for a run this morning aswell....bit rainy but good to be out in the air...and saw a fox!..whoooooo.....cant' you have a clear soup or something like that to stave off the pangs or is your diet really hugely strict now cos you're near to comp?....(I'm guessing I already know the answer to that one but just asking anyway)...I was thinking miso soup?...something like that.....

Don't let the size thing get you down its all part of the road ahead of you bud and we all hit that one. I look at it like this a 15ich cut ripped bie will always look bigger and better than a 17 un cut flat one. Keep it up Daz

Morning Scrubby...just checking in after my morning toddle to see if you have flushed yourself down the pan yet?....I see you haven't...hurrraaaaaaah....in any case you wouldn't fit!....stuck at the shoulders is my guess...lol...hope your spirits are higher today.....I can barely walk as I did a session at the gym and a kettlebell circuit class yesterday and boy oh boy does it hurt...my mornign run was a toddle at a medium speed as my legs have gone into shutdown mode....now wondering if I can actually not go to the loo all day to avoid having to sit and then stand up!!!...lol.......sorry for long post.....i'm still in cheer scrubby up mode......so can you DO IT?.....lol.....have great w/e with your farrrrrrrmaleeeeeee......ng
