Emailed new nutrition routine.

Legs - it is a lot, but I would only remove one set from extentions, one from hacks and one from each of the calf movements.

Cheers James all recived and understood will start as from monday feeling very calm and chilled today, Ididnt go stupid yesterday as i dont want to start going backwards, just had a couple of slices of toast with peanut butter with my early morning shake, extra mackeral, extra chicken and a couple of extra slices of granery bread, oh and a couple more yogurts. thankyou for that james back on track now recharged and ready for task ahead,
James with my training as i am to remove one set from the extensions/hack/calfs can i up the weight that i use on the other sets or will that defeat the object ?? see what i mean i need someone to over look my training i am not even in the gym and i am thinking of increasing the weight, should i keep it the same but try to complete the set quicker ??
Micky if you read this then please feel free to add any advice you think will help.

just a quick post as i am still waiting to get my laptop back
weight myself at gym tonight after training 17st 9lbs so no weight lost but i have changed shape will try and get some photos up soon as i get my laptop back

If you're doing this much then it may be better to isolate quads and hams as Micky suggested

Yes i feel better had a couple of hard days at work, and have not done the nodding dog impresion around 2pm yet this week, thanks for dropping in i do visit you journal but i dont have anything constructive to say yet,

Hi micky tonights seasion went very well, finished in under the hour massive pump on the back, the photo was taken about 1 1/2 after i finished, so pump going off, liking the way you moved the pulldowns and the deads seams to work for me, looking foward to the other seasions

Right as you my have gathered my diet is being sorted by James collier,  www.healthyaction.co.uk  and a good job he has done so far. I have no doubt he will keep coming up with the goods right up to the day i stand on that stage, and do my self proud having given it my best.
 
Also as of today Micky Mckay from www.fitness121.co.uk is incharge of my training.
Micky has asked me not to post up my routine as it is tailored to my needs and would not suit everyone. However if you have any questions regarding training routines, for cutting and bulking then please contact micky on the web page above or shoot him a PM, very easy to talk to, explains things in a simple and easy way.

Training tonight was back and bicepts
 
Warm up on the bike and 20min cardio at end of training, still doing 45min unfuelled cardio first thing in the mornings 6 days a week,

Thanks for that i dont know about you but my photos are not a true image of how i look, i have a lot more shape but the flash seam to flattern me out, if it was warmer i would try taking some outside in natural daylight but we will have to wait for that, not sure where the best place to take photos is i am just a point and click.

yes since James made a couple of small changes it totaly changed my energy levels.

Hi morning hows thing with you? good to see you are going to get some top help with your training, judging from the changes that micky made to my work outs, he will turn your world around in no time just do as instructed, and if you dont quite get what he is telling you to do, get him to show you, sometimes it better to see than to do, you have nothing to prove but all to learn, if you dont speak up he wont know, have yourself a list of questions as its too late when you leave, ( for him to explain face to face) no matter how silly you might think they are, to have your question answered will free up your mind to concentrate on you training, ( form and posture) wishing you all the best.

scrubby, thanks so much for that... i just can't wait to get there and start blasting my bod into kingdom come! and to stop flailing around like a fart not really knowing why or what i'm dong...lol..as for the questions, knowing me I'll just be staring at him like the rabbit in the headlight thing, and then think of hundreds the minute i get out the door..I've already got my pen and paper tho' so i can write little notes and stuff....i will totally be doing what he says...(unless it involves me throwing myself off beachy head attached to a big ole weight!)...lol...or on the other hand I may be soooooo nervous i could just talk non stop and he'll have to clamp his hand over my mouth to stop me talking!...that has happened before to me too...so no surprises there.

Thanks for asking how things are...i did 2 pbs this week, one on seated row, 75kg...and one on skull crushers, 18kg...I know they're not good compared to you but pbs they are and I'm quite happy with them....thanks again for your words.  I appreciate it.....

Right training this afternoon first off at weight in i have gained 3lbs (no i have not cheated and dont know how it happened ) the only thing that is differant are the changes to my diet, james gave me some more carbs and took some protein.
 
Training was Hamstrings Delts and Traps, training all been changed by Micky sets rep the lot managed to get a very good pump on the hams, better than ever before as i used to train legs all in one go, and by the time it was ham time i was suffering from loss of energy. theres been a change to the shoulder routine also for the first time i looked in the mirror when i had finished and said to my self, good shoulders !! well pleased with the size and its starting to look tight, apart from around my middle dont get me wrong it slimming down, But now i am gaining weight but not eating any more or doing any less, would it be down to the extra carbs, rebound as i now have an extre 20g carbs per day??   I am liking the way Micky has put this together. now a chance to rest, i am down to have a cheat meal but i am thinking dont, or will that mess with the diet, I dont want to gain weight i dont mind staying the same.

I have just replied to your email.  You're clearly improved from the plan.

The tweaks have helped - good.  It's hard to egt it right first time, but at least we're there now.  I'm not concerned one bit about your weight gain; we'll review next week.

However, 5 mins more on a cardio session will be good!

Hi chap I didnt post it as i didnt think anyone would want to know ?
Here you go the changes that James has made is to remove some protein and give me a bit more carbs as i was wanting to falling asleep after my 2 oclock meal, and getting very ratty after my training plus running out of energy,
 
Breakfast has stayed the same  (shake)
  9 oclock chicken has dropped from 100g to 80g rest stayed the same
11.30 has stayed the same 100g mackerel
2 oclock stayed the same 100g chicken
4.30 non training days chicken has dropped from 100g to 80g rest stayed the same
7 pm Chicken stayed at 150g carbs (rice or pasta) has been increased by 20g to 50g
9pm Chicken has been dropped from 100g to 80g the rest stayed the same
bedtime cottege cheeze has been reduced to 200g from 250g
 
I also now drink coffee and diet cans of drink and fizzy water to full me up.
 
 
the other change is on training days I now have 25g of maltodextrin instead of 15g in my post work out shake

cool sounds good changes have about 5coffees a day but only 1 diet coke and 6litres of squash keeps me going
