I've been out of action for around 14 weeks. Not been able to do any weights due to a bad elbow but yesterday was my first day back just in action using gentle bodyweight exercises and some work with dumbbells - touch wood all went well, so I'm back on the path. I've noticed a fair bit of a decrease in strength but thats to be expected (along with me doing clen and amphet cycles + cardio something was going to go!) But I am to slowly get back into things and start a cycle mid march.
On a previous cycle I responsed really well to EPI and considering running it again, I'm seriously thinking about 8 weeks of it this time - maybe the last 4 or 6 weeks stack with PRO-ONE.
The aims here are:
1) Increase leg strength.
2) Increase upper body mass.
Those that have read my ramblings before will know I cycle (as in bicycle) a lot so I'm always doing cardio in some way or another - and just an all out mass bulk just wouldn't suit me and make cycling ****nig painful from what I've read.
I was considering this:
Weeks 1 - 4 - EPI - 30mg
Weeks 5 - 8 - EPI - 40mg
Weeks 2 - 8 - ONE - 90mg
Weeks 9 - 12 - 11KETO - 300mg
Weeks 13 - 14 - PCT Nolva - 20mg
Weeks 15 - 16 - PCT Nolva 10mg
Also, I was given some Testoviron in a game of cards believe it or not! Not sure if that could be included somehow?
