Back on it this morning with Cosgroves evil 8 @ 47.5kg. Killer, & muscles feeling very full & pumped after a large load!

This weekends skipload was perhaps a little too much combined with the drinking, & my measurements this morning sit at ;

Bodyweight : 80kg (+3.7kg)
Waist : 30.5 (+0.5)

Needless to say I've got some work to do this week!!

          Thanks man, got a case of man flu coming on at the moment so not feeling great! Shall power on through though. Gotta loose that stubborn fat! Week & a half to go before a cruise then recomp using what I've learned of how my body reacts to manipulate macro's.

            Woke up feeling horrible this morning so no HIIT for me today. Shall be doing my heavy B3 later though. Bodyweight down to 76.8kg, 0.5kg off baseline which is pretty astonishing!! Perhaps the higher carbs really kicked up my metabolism on Saturday. Going for a higher than usual post workout carb intake this time round for some more self experimentation, as I may baseline by tomorrow. Mini-loads around weights days possibly the way to go now to keep the metabolic furnace going & burning the last bits of fat.

                This morning ; half a scoop of excel, 2 warrior blaze & Cosgroves evil 8 @ 47.5kg. With the current lurgy I'm trying to get rid of, this was pretty damn hard!

                Morning bodyweight at 76.8kg still, waist at 30 inches. Considering I had an additional 50g of 'dirty' carbs last night I'm pretty chuffed that my weight didn't go up at all. Feels like I need the higher carbs now to stop my body fighting against the fat loss. Waist measurement on Friday morning will tell me if this is working or not.

                  A bit gutted with the no change in waist to be honest, hoping this changes towards the weekend as my mini-refeeds take effect. This stubborn fat is beginning to really annoy me now...but I'm enjoying the fact that I have more consistent energy throughout the week & how it's positively affecting my sleep. I don't want to drop back to extremely low carbs during the week now as I'm not great at long skiploads, & felt like crap most of the time, not a great lifestyle!

                  Any suggestions for stubborn fat?

I was that tired last night that I was asleep by 9 as well. Definitely coming to the end of the cut if my motivation for getting up for cardio is waning a little.
