A little mix

Right been a while since someone has posted a mix of theirs.

Thought id give this lark a go and post up a link for people to have a listen.
Its not all that good and mostly quite basic, but is about my 5th ever mix and having to do it without headphones at the moment as not got any so basically is a lot of guess work and knowing some songs to chose where to cut in and change things around etc.

Couple of dodgy points that are easily spotable anyway, such as the first and 2nd changeovers, but still a few decent tunes to listen too even if some of the mixing is a bit suspect, but a few decent changes and a couple of decent cuts, edits and loops etc etc

Is only about 40mins long and less than 40mb if you want to download it, link does show a stream too.

Is a mix of house/electro/dub and a bit of trance thrown in too.

Not expecting rave reviews but thought id post it up anyway.

Fair play to you mate! It's not entirely my cup of tea, in that normally I'd prefer Tech-House and Minimal Techno to the more Electro-House-ish stuff, but it's a great mix all the same. You're definitely on the right track but I'd say the beat matching could be a good bit smoother. What did you mix it with? Software or decks?

just software mate although got decks but are plugged into pc system and got softwrae installed on computer, all basic stuff really as i said only done about 5mixes or so, and am pretty damn bad at it all right now.

Is quite fun to do though with a bit of spare time, beat matching is all good, but just getting the timing is the hard part, probably the fact that im just putting random songs together rather than songs that fit into each other doesnt help but oh well, all just a bit of fun at the moment :)
