A question about Pumps? 19 January 2012 09:25 (permalink)
So I am thinking of taking my first cycle in about 3 years.

Started lifting consistently again about 6  months ago and well have got the bug and want to pack on some size as I dont think il be in a ring ever again due to work etc. But I am now skiing every weekend which is causing me some pumps in my back ans shins.

Was thinking of test 500mg pw with Dbol kick start for four weeks but no previously Dbol caused me a lot of grief in the pumps department. Aside from drinking shed loads of fluid is there another med anyone would recommend?

Oh yeah would also like to run T3 with it not tried it before would this have any effect on the pumps?

Cheers

Im on test with Var mate, and chin pumps are a nightmare, I go for a 30 min walk most mornings and the pumps are horrendous, I was consider a run the other day but, I just know my back and chins would be too much.

Im also running T3 2 days on 2 days off, and tbh I dont rate Var either, I thinks is sh1te (I actually think its Winny im taking)

Sorry not much help mate, but even with a clean diet and aromasin im still suffering pumps.

    Did you box before???

Depends how much you are thinking of running mate?

Some people say bulk dosing Taurine helps with pumps.

Not planning on running anything silly like I said 500-600mg test pw with probably a 30mg a day ick start. As for T3s just a normal doseage again as low as possible really.

Brutali I used to fight MMA alot which is why my weight chopped down to a measly 76kg (6 months ago) all be it nice and lean but i didnt touch a weight aside from a kettle bell. Now back up to 94 but to be honest too much fat on me so plan to drop to 90 ish and lean out over the next 12 months. This is the first step lol

Never had a problem with test giving me the pumps if im honest but that was 3 or more years ago when i was just lifting.

          Thanks for the input guys.
