A1 meds help???

I am thinking of running 500mg test blend and 300mg tren enanthate per week for ten weeks.
 
It will be my forth cycle having previously had just test only cycles at 500mg per week. After about 4 to 5 weeks of these courses I have experienced symptoms of gyno, quite bad acne and water retention. I have taken small amounts of nolvadex to combat the side effects but this seemed to slow my gains down. i have eaten clean and drunk about 5 litres of water a day but still got bad "water face".
 
My question is regarding other meds such as Adex, Aromosin, Letro, proviron. Which would I be best trying to get hold of to try and control the estrogen build up and therefore the side effects??
 
I have tried to read up on A1's but am confused as to what to use???

proviron would be good IMO
