AAS for females..

Hi, ive just spoken to a friend (male) whos asking about AAS for a female friend of his. Shes looking for something to help tone up and shes asking about which AAS are best and at what doses?
I know little on female AAS use but i do know winny and anavar are good for the ladies? Is this correct? If so what doses are best run?
I will find out more tomorrow when im training with the guy whos friend it is, find out more about her goals extra, but at the moment i thought id ask just to get a brief knowledge on the subject.

So she just wants to lose fat?
Can't see steroids helping tbh, unless the fatloss goal was tailored toward a contest prep type condition.

Has she got her training and diet sorted, reached a plateau?You can do a lot without having to introduce AAS, which can change your life and close certain doors.

These are the questions to ask 1. What are her goals? 2. Does she exercise regularly? 3. What is her diet like? 4.Is she aware of the consequences and impact of taking AAS? 5. Does she have a true understanding of how AAS work? If she can't answer these she should not even contemplate going down the AAS route. There is much that can be done in a very short space of time by completely cleaning up her diet and regular cardio and weight training. Lou XX
