Session 28 - Legs In the interest of bringing some new life into the stagnant squatss, i'm gonna do some ass to grass squats for a while and see if this helps.

Calf Raises After swearing i'd never do these for another week, i couldn't resist the temptation, lowered the weights a bit though;
66kgx25 - 25 unweighted reps with full ROM standing on a bar - 25 unweighted reps standing on the floor.
3 times over, stretching in between sets.
Hopefully i'll be able to walk ok tommorow
